A leading national center concerned with monitoring and vigilance, rehabilitation and integration, and strengthening community security.
Our Objectives
- 1Serving as an early warning system to identify various societal phenomena that may pose a threat to Iraqi national security, and determining appropriate responses to address them.
- 2Strengthening efforts to combat violent extremism and terrorism ideologies within Iraqi correctional facilities, and rehabilitating those convicted in terrorism cases.
- 3Enhancing the rehabilitation efforts for targeted groups of Iraqis returning from conflict zones, including women and children, within dedicated reception and rehabilitation centers.
- 4Reintegrating beneficiaries of rehabilitation programs into society in a manner that achieves social cohesion and prevents the creation of new incubators for violent extremism.
- 5Contributing to the strengthening of national efforts related to combating violent extremist groups, preventing ideologies that incite violence and terrorism, promoting the values of tolerance and peaceful coexistence, reinforcing national belonging, and building sustainable security.
Our Vision
Rehabilitating and reintegrating returnees from conflict zones, as well as inmates and detainees convicted in terrorism cases, through a participatory approach that promotes the values of citizenship and human rights, respects the right to diversity and difference, and fosters tolerance, moderation, the preservation of human dignity, social cohesion, and sustainable security.

Identifying training needs for institutions and work teams
Program Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitoring the implementation and evaluation of psychological/social support programs, legal and intellectual framing, economic empowerment, and capacity building
Community Integration
Supporting community reconciliation paths and awareness campaigns to enhance social acceptance and provide a safe and balanced environment
Monitoring and Follow-up
Monitoring and analyzing risks and behaviors, and designing appropriate responses
